Club History
The Ayr Minor Soccer Club was founded in 1996 by Norm McIntyre and Der Coughlan. It originally featured 150 players, 10 teams, 4 referees, and utilized 3 fields throughout the town of Ayr.
Today, the same club has expanded to include co-ed divisions for Grasshopper (U5), Cricket (U6), and U8 teams that play locally within the town of Ayr. We then have separate boys and girls teams for our U10, U12, U14, U16, and U20 divisions that play as part of the Twin Rivers league, which also encompasses teams from local centres such as Paris, Burford, Delhi, Norwich, and St.George.
